How long does it take for my order to ship?

It takes 4-5 business days for standard orders to be processed, plus shipping. Shipping is typically done via FedEx Ground within Canada and to the US; and via FedEx Express internationally. In-stock items should arrive within 5-10 business days after your order has been processed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

How much is shipping?

Typical shipping costs are between $12-$30, depending on weight. Your shipping cost will be included in your order confirmation email.

Do you charge sales tax?

HST is charged on on orders shipped to BC, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Please make cheques payable to: Rainy Day Ink. We also accept Visa and Mastercard via PayPal.

Are you green?

Rainy Day Ink commits to being as environmentally friendly as possible. Our cards are printed on recycled FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper stock with an FSC certified local printer. We use local vendors whenever possible to minimize our carbon footprint.

Our cards used to be printed with vegetable-soy based inks before we got a little bit wiser and realized that vegetables are for eating, not printing.

What are your cards printed on?

Rainy Day Ink cards are printed locally on luxuriously thick Mohawk 100lb uncoated card stock. The cards come with a Mohawk recycled envelope.

Can I get a sample?

Of course! Please contact us for a sample card. We can only send sample cards to commercial addresses.
